A Place For You
"Being in Christ Embassy is more than being in a church; it’s more than a church. It’s a vision, and when you worship at Christ Embassy, you learn more than just the letters; it’s the spirit of the word. The Spirit of God gets a hold of your life, and then His Vision becomes real, not only to you, but He makes that vision real in such a way that others get to know what the word of God really is by watching the word of God manifested in your life every day. That is the reason we like people to come to Christ Embassy, that’s the reason they are invited. Because they are being a part of something that is more than a church, it’s a vision, God’s Vision."
- Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc., DSc., DD.

What Are Services Like?
Each service is designed just for you. It is a divine encounter intended to build your faith and transform your life. What Should I Wear?
We want you to come just as you are. You’ll see some people dressed formally and others more casual — what matters most is your heart, not your outfit. Whether you prefer a suit, a dress, or jeans and a nice shirt, you’ll feel right at home in our warm and loving atmosphere. Come comfortable, come expectant, and come ready to encounter God.
What About Parking?
There are plenty of parking spots in our church parking lot for you and your guests.
Is There Coffee?
Yes, feel free to enjoy a FREE cup of coffee or water. Kindly motion for an usher, and they will assist you.
Do Visitors Have to Stand Up?
No, you sure don’t. We will give you a connection card and ask you to give it to one of our guest services host or hostess at our meet and greet after service. We do this so we can have a record of your visit. We do have a gift bag for each guest that we meet and greet.
What About My Kids?
Our kids’ ministry provides a safe, fun, and Spirit-filled environment where your children can learn about Jesus in a way that’s engaging and age-appropriate. Our caring teachers are dedicated to helping every child grow in faith, confidence, and joy. Learn more about our Children's Church.
UPCOMING EVENTS

Life is better Connected
We are a vibrant community with a deep passion for Christ—His message, His Kingdom, and His work. We invite you to grow with us, connect, and be part of something life-changing. Your journey begins with your Next Step through Foundation School, Cell Groups, and Outreaches that empower you to live the life God designed for you.
Cell Groups, also known as Small Groups, are where true community begins. It’s a place to grow in faith, build lasting friendships, and reach others with the love of Christ through various outreaches. At Christ Embassy, our cell system is the heartbeat of soul-winning and spiritual growth—where men and women from all walks of life gather weekly for prayer, fellowship, and Bible Study. Together, we encourage one another to grow—spiritually, mentally, and emotionally—while putting others before ourselves in love and service.
Why should I join a Small Group?
We believe you can’t do life by yourself. That’s why the bible says he places the solitary in families (Psalm 68:6). God designed us to be connected to each other so that we can continue to grow in every area of our lives.
What types of groups are there?
We have groups for Women, Men, Children, and Teens. These are broken down by location, meeting day, and time..
Is Childcare Provided?
Not all Groups offer childcare, but there are options available. Make sure to let us know if you would like to join a group with childcare. Some groups will have participants share responsibility in watching the children.
How often do Groups meet?
Groups meet on different days and times throughout the week.
Where do Groups meet?
Groups meet in homes, restaurants, and coffee shops all across the Detroit and Metro Detroit areas. We will help you find a Group near you.
What will my Group study?
Study outlines are provided by the ministry on a monthly basis and all Cell Groups are supposed to adhere to the same bible study outline.

The aim of the Foundation School is to educate on the foundational doctrines of Christ that are most surely believed among us at Christ Embassy.
The Foundation School will;
-
Through the manifestation of the Word and by the Holy Spirit, work to present every man perfect in Christ Jesus (Colossians 1:28; Ephesians 4:11-14).
-
Enable you to grow, by increasing in the knowledge of God’s Word (1 Peter 2:2).
-
Prepare you for the ministry of reconciliation.
Our Foundation School comprises of 6 classes taught over a six-week period, culminating in a graduation ceremony upon passing the final examination. The Classes include: The New Creation, The Holy Spirit, Christian Doctrine, Evangelism & Cell Ministry, Christian Character & Prosperity, The Local Assembly & Believers’ LoveWorld.
